- 2You must not use any means — including VPNs or proxies — to circumvent geographic or eligibility restrictions.
- 3Depending on your jurisdiction, participation may implicate securities, collective-investment, deposit-taking, gambling, consumer-protection or anti-money-laundering rules. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use is lawful where you are located.
- 4This geographic control is a good-faith frontend measure and defense-in-depth — it is not the sole control, and IP-based detection can be imperfect. Before any real-value mainnet launch, wallet-address screening and per-jurisdiction legal opinions apply.
- 5Redeeming your principal is never restricted: you can withdraw the funds you deposited at any time, regardless of region.
