Risk Disclosure

Last updated: 2026-07-11

Predium Bonds is currently running on a test network with no real-value assets. This document is general information only and is not legal, investment, tax or financial advice. It does not constitute an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction where such would be unlawful.

Not a deposit, not guaranteed

This is not a bank deposit and is not insured. Principal protection is a structural design of the smart contracts, not an institutional guarantee.

The prize pool may be zero

Prizes are funded by weekly interest deployed into prediction markets and depend on settlement outcomes. Historical backtesting indicates the engine has no reliable tradeable edge and can be net-negative; a given period's prize pool may be zero. Hit rate is a draw-experience metric, not investment performance and not a return promise.

Smart-contract risk

The contracts may contain bugs or be exploited despite testing. Mainnet operation is gated behind third-party audit, multi-signature governance and licensing (not yet complete).

Yield-layer & stablecoin risk

The lending layer (e.g. Aave) carries protocol, liquidity and smart-contract risk. USDC or other stablecoins may de-peg, causing loss.

Regulatory & legal risk

This type of product may be regulated or prohibited in your jurisdiction as a security, collective investment, deposit-taking or gambling activity. Participation may be unlawful where you are located; you are responsible for compliance.

Testnet status

The Service currently runs on a test network with no real-value assets. It is an investor-preview and not a live real-money product.
