Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-07-11
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Predium Bonds interface and smart contracts (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Nature of the Service
The Service is a non-custodial, on-chain, principal-protected prize-linked structure: subscribed principal is allocated to a lending yield layer, and its weekly interest funds a prize pool drawn on-chain. It is not a bank deposit, not insured, and not a guaranteed-return product.
"On-chain" does not exempt the Service from applicable law. Depending on your jurisdiction, participation may implicate securities, collective-investment, deposit-taking, gambling, consumer-protection or anti-money-laundering rules. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use is lawful where you are located.
3. Eligibility & restricted jurisdictions
You represent that you are of legal age, are not a sanctioned person, and are not resident in or accessing the Service from a Restricted Jurisdiction: the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Singapore, Hong Kong, Canada, Australia, or any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions.
You must not use any means (including VPNs or proxies) to circumvent geographic or eligibility restrictions.
4. No advice
Nothing in the Service is investment, legal, tax or financial advice. We are not a licensed advisor. Consult your own qualified professionals before participating.
5. Self-custody & smart-contract interaction
You interact directly with public smart contracts using your own wallet. We never hold your private keys or custody your assets. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; you are responsible for your wallet security and for the transactions you sign.
6. Fees
A management fee is charged only on realised interest. The performance fee is currently zero — no fee is taken from prediction-layer profit or from prize returns. (The contract retains high-water-mark and loss-carryforward mechanics, unused while the performance fee is zero.) Fees are disclosed in the interface and the Guide. Principal is never a fee base.
7. No guarantee
Principal protection is a structural design of the smart contracts, not a guarantee by any institution. Prize pool returns depend on weekly settlement and may be zero. Hit rate is a draw-experience metric, not a return promise.
8. Prohibited use
You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to launder funds, to manipulate markets, or to circumvent restrictions. We may restrict access where required by law.
9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Service, smart-contract behaviour, yield-layer protocol failure, stablecoin de-peg, network conditions, or your own actions.
10. Changes & governing law
We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance. Governing law and dispute resolution will be specified for the production service and are subject to applicable legal review before any launch involving real funds.
